General Conditions for Returns
Returns must be logged within 7 days for unwanted products.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete with all parts and accessories.
Email sales@bestby.co.za with your order number to initiate a return.
All returns are subject to inspection before refund or replacement.
Unwanted Products
You may return goods that are:
- Not defective;
- In resellable condition;
- Returned within 7 working days of delivery.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If we deliver the wrong product, or it arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will collect the item at no cost to you.
- You will receive the correct item or a full refund within 7–10 working days.
Defective Products
You may return a defective item within 6 months, subject to:
- The defect not being caused by misuse, neglect, surge damage, or unauthorized tampering.
- Damage from wear and tear, sea air, or improper care does not qualify as defects.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on stock availability. If the process exceeds 21 days, you may choose to be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Assembled flat-pack furniture.
- Products with damaged or missing packaging/accessories.
- Used items (except if proven defective).
- Electronics with opened packaging or signs of tampering.
- Personal-use items such as human hair & weaves.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 2–7 working days after approval.
Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
No cash refunds will be issued for purchases paid with gift vouchers or coupons.
Coupons & Gift Vouchers
If an order paid with a coupon is returned, the coupon will be reissued with the same value.
Refunds on purchases made with gift vouchers will be credited to your account, not refunded in cash.
Pre-packed or Bundle Deals
Pre-packed bundles must be returned in full.
Manually combined bundles can be returned as individual items.
Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with wrong details due to error, Bestby reserves the right to cancel such orders and issue a refund.
